Glocal Teen Hero 2018

Prashansha KC is a social activist who is working against the “Child marriage”. “Kidnap marriage” and “Women Empowerment”. She has done research on “Child marriage and Kidnap marriage” in communities of Rukum district to get a depth understanding of issues. She also conducted an awareness campaigns to educate people and created good environment for future generation to grow and develop. Her work has been highlighted in radio like “Unique FM” and “Sano Bheri” Radio where she discussed about the “Child and Kidnap marriage” in order to provide awareness.

Miss KC is also an enthusiastic filmmaker and YOU tuber who films documentaries related to social problems with a purpose to educate, aware and inspire youths. She describes herself as a very responsible girl who cares about real problems regarding child marriage and Kidnap marriage. Her dedication has been viewed through different actions. She believes in hard works and learning through experiences.
